4. Payments & Fees
Fees: Certain services, like featured job posts or premium profiles, may require payment. All fees are quoted in ZWL or USD and must be paid fully and on time via accepted methods (e.g., PayFast, Stripe).
Billing: Provide accurate billing information. You authorize recurring charges for subscriptions.
Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except as required by the Consumer Protection Act (e.g., within 7 days for cooling-off periods on digital services). Late payments may incur a 5% fee after 30 days.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT under the Value Added Tax Act [Chapter 23:12]).
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
As-Is Basis: The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No Guarantees: We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of content. Outcomes of using the Services, including employment results or job matches, are not guaranteed.
