ZIMNGOs is a development‑sector opportunity hub designed to connect NGOs, INGOs, donors, community organisations, and professionals through a centralised platform for jobs, tenders, and funding calls.

• You agree to use the platform lawfully and ethically.
• You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• You must not upload harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content.
• You are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with your organisation’s policies.

4. Accuracy of Listings

Organisations are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information they submit. ZIMNGOs may edit listings for clarity, formatting, or compliance.

5. Publishing Workflow

Job listings submitted to ZIMNGOs enter a structured publishing workflow that includes distribution to LinkedIn Jobs. Applications are directed to the organisation’s email or ATS link. ZIMNGOs does not participate in the recruitment process.

6. Prohibited Content

• Political campaigning or partisan messaging
• Fraudulent or deceptive opportunities
• Harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content
• Malicious links or harmful code

7. Data & Privacy

ZIMNGOs processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ZIMNGOs — including branding, layout, design, and structure — is the property of ZIMNGOs and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

Listings may contain external links. ZIMNGOs is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third‑party websites.

10. Liability

ZIMNGOs is not responsible for hiring decisions, procurement outcomes, funding selections, or any disputes arising between organisations and applicants. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Suspension or Removal

We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend access for users who violate these terms or submit harmful or inappropriate content.
