Set up alertsComplete the form for a vacancy, funding call or tender. It takes a few minutes and needs no account.
Our team checks the listing for clarity, legitimacy and relevance, then publishes it to the right section.
Your listing goes live with share buttons, and appears in the alerts of people following that sector.
Publishing is free. Vacancies, funding calls and tenders can all be posted at no charge.
You do, directly. Every listing carries the application email address or link that you provide, and applicants go straight there. We never sit between an organisation and its candidates, and we do not collect or store applications.
Most listings are reviewed within one working day. You will receive an email at the address you submitted once the listing is published. If something is unclear we will contact you rather than reject it silently.
No. The submission forms work without registering, which keeps things quick for organisations posting occasionally.
Three things: vacancies with NGOs, INGOs and donor funded programmes; funding calls including grants, sub grants and calls for proposals; and tenders such as RFPs, RFQs, EOIs and consultancy notices. Anything outside Zimbabwe's development and humanitarian sector is out of scope.
Yes. Email opportunities@zimngos.org with the listing title and the change you need, from the address you used to submit it, and we will update or remove it.
We only publish what organisations submit to us or what we have verified directly. We do not scrape other job boards, which means the list is smaller but everything on it has been checked.
Give us an email address and choose a sector, or select all sectors. When a matching opportunity is published we send you an email with the title, location and a link. There is no charge and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Logos need to be JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP and under 2 MB. Attachments need to be PDF, DOC or DOCX and under 5 MB. Photos taken on a phone are often HEIC, which is not supported: open the image and save or export it as PNG or JPG first.
Organisations appear automatically on the organisations page once they have a published vacancy. There is nothing separate to set up.

If a listing looks inaccurate, out of date or fraudulent, tell us and we will investigate. Send the listing link and what concerns you to opportunities@zimngos.org. We take reports of recruitment fraud seriously: no legitimate organisation on this platform will ever ask you to pay a fee to apply, to interview, or to secure a role.
