The full catalogue runs to dozens of products and changes over time. During the consultation we'll match the right ones to your organisation and confirm what you qualify for.
Which organisations qualify?
Most registered nonprofits do, including PVOs, trusts and non-profit companies in Zimbabwe. We confirm your eligibility during the free consultation.
What does it cost?
It depends on your organisation's size and which services you need, so we quote each organisation individually. The consultation and eligibility check are free, and we'll give you a clear quote before any paid work starts.
Do you guarantee approval?
No. Each software provider makes the final decision. We make sure your application is complete and correct, which gives you the best chance of approval.
Will we lose any old emails?
We back up every mailbox before we start and migrate your past emails and folders to the new system. Nothing is deleted without your approval.
Who owns the accounts after setup?
Your organisation does. We hand over full administrator access to your team when the work is done.
How do we pay?
We accept EcoCash, bank transfer and card. You'll receive a clear quote and invoice upfront, in US dollars.
